We are seeking a dedicated Waiter / Waitress to join our vibrant team at i Boss Lounge Restaurant and Live Music in Coventry. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Key responsibilities include: • Greeting and seating customers warmly, • Presenting menus and informing customers about daily specials, • Taking food and beverage orders accurately, • Serving food and drinks promptly and courteously, • Clearing tables and resetting them for new guests, • Handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, • Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, • Maintaining a clean and organized dining area We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a restaurant or lounge setting is a plus, but not essential as full training will be provided.
