NOVA Cafe Bistro is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waitress. You will be an essential part of our front-of-house operations, ensuring every guest has a delightful dining experience. Key responsibilities include: • Warmly greeting and seating customers, • Presenting menus and providing detailed information about our dishes and daily specials, • Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, • Serving meals and drinks, ensuring high standards of presentation, • Clearing tables and maintaining a clean and inviting dining area, • Processing payments and handling transactions with care, • Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service, • Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and courteously We are looking for candidates who are: • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service, • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced cafe environment, • Team players with good communication skills, • Punctual, reliable, and well-presented Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant setting is a plus, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
