📍 Location: Canary Wharf, London 💷 Pay Rate: £15.82 per hour 🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Head Store Person to join a prestigious global bank at their head office in Canary Wharf. This is a key role responsible for managing stock, coordinating deliveries, and supporting day-to-day operations across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities Stock & Inventory Management • Receive, inspect, and accurately book in all deliveries, • Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile any discrepancies, • Manage supplier orders and maintain replenishment schedules Logistics & Distribution • Coordinate and deliver goods (including stationery, catering supplies, cleaning products, and equipment) across multiple floors, • Prioritise urgent requests from front-of-house, facilities, and office teams Operational Support • Work closely with front-of-house and hospitality teams to ensure seamless service delivery, • Provide support to meeting rooms, kitchens, and events by ensuring all necessary supplies are available Systems & Reporting • Maintain accurate stock records using manual or digital systems, • Produce reports on stock usage, wastage, and ordering trends, • Monitor budgets and identify opportunities to control costs What We’re Looking For • Strong organisational and time management skills, • Experience in stock control, stores, or logistics (preferred), • Ability to work in a fast-paced, corporate environment, • Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach, • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude Why Apply? • Work in a prestigious global banking environment, • Stable Monday–Friday working pattern, • Opportunity to take ownership of a critical operational function, • Competitive hourly rate
