My client, an international Payment Services Provider is looking for a Full-Time Financial Account Manager to handle reconciliation, reporting, and merchant financial support. You’ll ensure that all transactions, settlements, and reports are accurate and delivered on time.


Responsibilities:
- Reconcile daily transactions and payment settlements
- Prepare weekly financial reports for internal and merchant use
- Track FX rates, chargebacks, rolling reserves, and payout cycles
- Support onboarding with KYB/AML financial documentation
- Investigate financial discrepancies or unusual activity
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure compliance


Qualifications:
- 3+ years of financial ops or accounting experience (PSP/fintech preferred)
- Proficient with spreadsheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Experience with merchant financial reporting, reconciliation, and chargeback handling
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Fluent in English
- Bonus: Knowledge of SEPA, SWIFT, and payment processor platforms
