Demi chef de partie cuisine Tes missions : • Préparation des ingrédients et des mises en place nécessaires pour réaliser le service., • Participation au service et gestion de la préparation des différents plats en respectant les fiches recettes., • Gestion des priorités et communication avec le reste de l'équipe au sein d'un environnement dynamique., • Etre autonome et adopter les bons réflexes (vérification des stocks, limitation des pertes, hygiène..)., • Accompagnement des nouveaux commis dans la formation des recettes.
