YOUR MISSION You will be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team. You will oversee the hot section, preparing our authentic Italian dishes from scratch with consistency, speed and precision. You will: • Oversee the hot section during prep and service, • Prepare dishes following our authentic recipes and quality standards, • Communicate regularly with kitchen management, • Support onboarding and training of new chefs, • Ensure the section runs smoothly during busy services, • Respect health and safety standards at all times, • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, • Bring leadership, energy and a problem solving mindset to every shift, • Help create the best moment of our guests' day, one plate at a time You will embody Big Mamma values: warm and professional attitude, strong team spirit and the ability to support your colleagues during busy services. The Role You'll be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team, working in the hot section and preparing our authentic Italian dishes from scratch. This is where energy, precision and teamwork come together during fast-paced services. You will: • Prepare hot section dishes following our authentic recipes and kitchen standards, • Support the Chef de Partie and senior chefs during prep and service, • Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation and food safety, • Work efficiently during busy services with a positive, proactive mindset, • Help create the best moment of our guests' day through every plate At Big Mamma, every dish is homemade, and every service is a team performance.
