Chef de partie 🍝👩🏻‍🍳 Tes missions : • Gérer en autonomie une des parties de la cuisine dans une brigade de 5 à 10 personnes., • Gestion et management de l'organisation de ta partie : préparations quotidiennes, mises en place dans le respect de l'hygiène., • Etre garant de la qualité d'exécution de nos recettes et du respect des fiches techniques. (vérification des mises en place, conformité goût/saveur de nos desserts plats plus génériques), • Etre garant de l'intégration et de la formation des nouveaux arrivants pour les faire monter en compétences., • Participation aux fins de mois, réalisation des inventaires.
