MISSIONS : Aux côtés de la RRH, tu contribues à faire de notre bureau parisien le << BEST HAPPY PLACE TO WORK >>. Tu participes au bon fonctionnement quotidien de l'ufficio et tu apportes ton soutien à l'équipe RH sur la gestion administrative. Ce stage te permet de découvrir l'office management et les RH au cœur d'un groupe de restauration en pleine croissance. 1. Création du << BEST HAPPY PLACE TO WORK >> • Être un point de contact du bureau : accueil des visiteurs, gestion du courrier, réception des livraisons et lien avec les livreurs, • Participer à la logistique du bureau : rangement, suivi des fournitures et des commandes, coordination avec les prestataires, et les locataires des bureaux, • Intégration des nouveaux arrivants du bureau, en collaboration avec l'équipe IT et les managers : * Préparer leur arrivée : s'assurer de la bonne mise en place de leur poste de travail, matériel, accès, • Organiser leur accueil le premier jour et la présentation des équipes, • Assurer le suivi de leurs premières semaines et recueillir leurs retours * Participer à l'organisation des évènements et communications internes (Petit déjeuner, séminaires, réunions d'équipe, fêtes de fin d'année...), • Proposer et mettre en place des actions pour améliorer le bien-être de la vie à l'ufficio, • Gestion des réservations de bureaux, • Gestion de la maintenance de l'Office en collaboration avec les prestataires 1.
