are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team on
the night shift, with a specific focus on cold calling and business acquisition.
Job Overview: The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for
initiating conversations with potential clients through cold calling, identifying new
business opportunities, and developing long-term relationships. The ideal candidate
should possess excellent communication skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to
thrive in a night shift role while working within the US healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients to introduce the company’s services
and generate interest.
• Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, specifically
focusing on AR calling and medical billing services.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects, understanding their pain points
and offering appropriate solutions.
• Schedule meetings and follow-up calls with leads to further discuss service
offerings.
• Record all cold calling efforts, interactions, and client details in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly cold calling targets and sales goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from lead generation
to onboarding.
• Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market
conditions.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while representing the company in
all interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in cold calling
and/or the healthcare sector.
• Comfortable with night shift work (working hours aligned with US time zones).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in cold calling or telesales is a significant advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple calls and leads effectively.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and data entry.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
