*Follow escalation protocols for serious issues (e.g., harassment or accidents). 4. Data Handling:
*Maintain CRM records.
*Generate daily/weekly reports on issue types or resolution time. 5. Product Knowledge:
*Stay updated on Ola’s services, policies, promotions, and new features.
