Job Overview You will be an integral member of the front office team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our tenants/guests. You will warmly greet and assist them with their requests and overall guest experience details. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Security will be your essential duty. You will Guard the lobby managing from the front desk. Ensure the security of the building and the safety of tenants/guests Exceptional communications skills to ensure tenants/guests were promptly notified of any deliveries and visitations. Ability to organize concierge area including package area to ensure packages and mail were given to tenants/guests promptly and communicate with management of any packages that were not picked up by tenants. Collaborate with team members to communicate what you see and hear to staff and management to ensure the guests’ needs are being met Have an impeccable eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency Able to work calmly in stressful situations JOB REQUIREMENTS experience is a plus but not required willing to train the right candidates Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to prioritize work.
