As a server, you will provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied. Responsibilities: 1. Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns.
3. Manage tables efficiently, ensuring prompt and attentive service.
4. Process transactions accurately, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.
5. Maintain knowledge of menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.
6. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
7. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
8. Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
9 must be familiar with clover system and have 2 yrs experience serving tables.
