Responsibilities:
- *Food preparation*: Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
- *Cooking*: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including meats, vegetables, and sauces.
- *Kitchen maintenance*: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- *Inventory management*: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing ingredients.
- *Teamwork*: Collaborate with chefs, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- *Food safety*: Follow food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and healthy kitchen
Qualifications:
- *Culinary experience*: Previous experience in a kitchen environment, either in a professional or personal setting.
- *Culinary skills*: Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, including knife skills, cooking methods, and meal preparation.
- *Food safety certification*: Food safety certification, such as Food Handler's Card or equivalent.
- *Teamwork*: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with chefs, kitchen staff, and other team members.
- *Attention to detail*: Attention to detail, ensuring that dishes are prepared and presented to high standards.
- *Physical stamina*: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
