Electric Beets: A Plant-Based Grab & Go Location: 158 7th Avenue, Suite B, Brooklyn, New York 11215 Schedule: Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays 9am - 7:00pm Employment Type: Part-Time, 3-days a week with option to pick-up shifts Starting Pay: $18/hour, plus tips Perks: Staff discounts, shift meal PRIMARY DUTIES OF DISHWASHER • Cleaning the restroom, cleaning the kitchen on a regular schedule, • Wash & sanitize dishes and put them away in designated areas, • 100% working while standing, • Lift a minimum of 25 pounds while climbing stairs / ladder, • Be willing to take direction and be part of the team, • Must be available to work weekends, • Communicate with all members of the team (running out of product, identifying items needed for ordering, identifying issues with produce/food), • Maintain food safety practices to keep a sanitary kitchen, • Have a basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills, • Organize, date, label and rotate fresh produce when received from deliveries & throughout the day, • Thoroughly wash & cut vegetables as directed, always asking questions for clarification as needed, • Label, date and properly store prepped food, • Work calmly and effectively under pressure

Our Wine bar is looking for Dishwasher, able to handle a busy kitchen and keep things organized in a small space. The position is for our wine bar in Brooklyn Heights. The dishwasher performs all duties related to dishwashing, drying and polishing, and maintaining general cleanliness of the entire kitchen and prep areas . The position is full part time, 6pm-12am Wednesday - Friday.
