Le Chocolat des Îles is seeking experienced, independent sales representatives who can generate and close substantial corporate gifting orders with major New York companies. We produce distinctive premium chocolate gift experiences made from carefully selected single-origin cacao. Our collections are designed for executive gifts, client appreciation, investor relations, major events, employee recognition, and other high-level corporate occasions. This is not a research, lead-generation, email-outreach, or appointment-setting position. Your responsibility is to turn access and relationships into completed, paid orders. Performance will be evaluated exclusively by: 1. The number of paid orders generated, 2. The dollar value of those orders Calls, emails, introductions, meetings, tastings, sample requests, proposals, and promising conversations do not constitute sales results unless they produce paid orders. RESPONSIBILITIES • Identify corporations and institutions with substantial gifting budgets, • Reach the individuals who control or influence corporate gifting purchases, • Introduce and present Le Chocolat des Îles’ executive gifting collections, • Arrange tastings and product presentations when commercially useful, • Prepare opportunities for quotations and proposals, • Negotiate and close corporate gifting orders, • Follow each opportunity through purchasing, vendor onboarding, invoicing, and cleared payment, • Develop repeat-order business from accounts personally originated, • Maintain accurate records of active opportunities and completed orders IDEAL CANDIDATE We are particularly interested in representatives who already have relationships with: • Executive assistants and chiefs of staff, • Client relations and client-experience executives, • Events, hospitality, and workplace-experience directors, • Marketing and business-development leaders, • Investor relations and limited-partner relations teams, • Procurement and corporate purchasing professionals Relevant backgrounds may include: • Corporate gifting, • Promotional products, • Luxury goods, • Premium food and beverage, • Wine and spirits, • Hospitality, • Event services, • Executive concierge services, • B2B relationship sales Existing access to investment banks, private-equity firms, asset managers, major law firms, consulting firms, family offices, luxury hotels, and other large New York organizations is strongly preferred.
