The ideal candidate will possess strong cocktail bar expertise and a proven track record working with UHNW clientele in high-end hospitality environments. Fine dining or luxury restaurant service experience is highly desirable. This dual-role position extends beyond bar service and includes guest concierge responsibilities, such as escorting owners and guests ashore for restaurant reservations and exclusive engagements in international destinations. A background in security, close protection, or competitive sport will be highly regarded. During shipyard and maintenance periods, the successful candidate will also be required to assist the deck team, demonstrating versatility, a strong work ethic, and a hands-on approach.
