This role is for someone who lives and breathes coffee, takes pride in their craft, and shows up on time every time. Requirements: Punctual and dependable Extensive barista experience in high-volume or specialty coffee environments. Confident in dialing in espresso and adjusting based on taste and extraction. Strong knowledge of tasting notes, coffee origins, and brewing variables. Comfortable on bar and fast-paced under pressure. Team-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.
