We're looking for an experienced and reliable full-time barista to join our team at The Coffee Lab in Astoria. This role is for someone who lives and breathes coffee, takes pride in their craft, and shows up on time every time.
Requirements:
Punctual and dependable
Extensive barista experience in high-volume or specialty coffee environments.
Confident in dialing in espresso and adjusting based on taste and extraction.
Strong knowledge of tasting notes, coffee origins, and brewing variables.
Comfortable on bar and fast-paced under pressure.
Team-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.
If you're passionate about great coffee, know your way around a grinder, and care about flavor as much as workflow, we want to hear from you.
