Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness in the work area, including washing dishes, cleaning countertops, and disposing of waste properly. Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; assist with restocking as needed. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience in coffee shop Food Certificate required - Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts. Familiarity with POS systems; Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Opening a new location and in need of morning Baristas for our Park slope and Cortelyou location

We want someone to be the face of the team, to make excellent coffee / espresso drinks for our customers and be able to use the cashier and delegate orders out of the front

Barista requirements: minimum experience english and italian language preferably responsabilities: taking orders making and serving coffee heating and serving food processing payments cleaning the station at the end of the shift

Also if you have experience in making crepes, desserts (churros waffles, pancakes, etc) would be a plus !
