Position Overview: The Optical Sales Associate / Receptionist will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our patients, from check-in to check-out, assisting with pretesting, discussing eyewear options, and promoting additional services such as dry eye treatments. Responsibilities: Check-In Role: Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures. Explain copays, insurance benefits, and any pre-testing requirements.
