Accuracy, speed, and care matter. *Low error tolerance - this role is not a fit for someone who is careless or inconsistent* Responsibilities • Pick items for each order and verify item type, quantity, and condition, • Pack orders in the correct box with proper protection, • Seal and tape boxes to shipping standards, • Print and apply shipping labels and any required documents, • Arrange pickups or drop off shipments at UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL, • Communicate clearly with the team using work chat (updates, questions, issues), • Keep the packing area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies, • Flag damages, missing items, or order discrepancies immediately Requirements • Strong attention to detail - consistent accuracy is required, • Able to follow written packing and labeling instructions, • Comfortable using a computer, label printer, and shipping software, • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently, • Clear written communication in work chat, • Able to lift and carry up to 40-50 lbs (adjust if needed), • Warehouse or shipping experience is a plus, but not required if you learn fast, • Low error tolerance - this role is not a fit for someone who is careless or inconsistent
