Manhattan Marketplace is seeking an experienced and passionate individual to manage and operate our deli section. This dynamic role requires a hands-on approach to both food preparation and overall deli operations. Responsibilities include: • Preparing a variety of fresh and high-quality deli items., • Overseeing daily deli operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with health standards., • Managing inventory and stock rotation for deli products., • Providing excellent customer service and contributing to a positive customer experience., • Taking ownership of the deli's success and upholding our commitment to quality.

We need a Deli Person that can prepare all deli sandwiches sold in NYC delis, prepare empanadas, fritura, and serve food prepared by the kitchen cook. Restaurant and deli experience is highly preferred. More details can be explained upon interview request.
