All staff members must complete the following training: 1) CPR/First Aid 2) Shaken Baby Syndrome 3) Mandated Reporter The staff members will be trained on their own time. All staff will also be responsible for knowing the locations of all fire exits and the emergency evacuation plans. CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK Completed prior to the employee’s first day of employment and annually thereafter, that does not reveal any information which may preclude the person’s employment.
