    Position Overview The Office Manager – Shipping Department will play a key role in coordinating daily shipping operations, working closely with the sellers team, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. Key Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate daily office operations within the Shipping Department, • Work closely with the sellers team to organize shipments and resolve logistics-related questions, • Oversee shipping processes, including packing requirements for fine art, antiques, and vintage items, • Calculate and provide accurate shipping pricing for domestic and international orders, • Ensure proper documentation and timely processing of shipments, • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and customers, • Maintain records and manage data using various computer programs and systems, • Support team workflow and contribute to a positive, collaborative office environment Requirements • Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to work closely with multiple teams and manage priorities effectively, • Understanding of shipping, packing, and logistics processes, • Experience with shipping pricing and cost calculations is a plus, • Solid computer skills and ability to work with multiple software programs, • Organized, reliable, and proactive work style
