We are a growing men’s fashion brand looking for a reliable, organized, tech-savvy Personal Assistant to work directly with the CEO. This is a long-term opportunity — as the company grows, your role and incentives will grow as well.


What You’ll Help With:

  • Shopify backend management
  • Admin and operations support
  • Dropship & ecommerce systems
  • Content support using AI + Canva
  • Social media coordination
  • QuickBooks / basic bookkeeping support
  • Photo & video asset organization
  • General backend management

Big Plus If You Have Experience With:

  • Shopify
  • AI tools for photo/video/content
  • Canva
  • QuickBooks
  • Social media management
  • Fashion sense
  • Strong computer & tech skills
  • Ecommerce / dropship workflows

Who You Are:

  • Highly organized

  • Comfortable working closely with a founder

Details:

  • Location: Brooklyn office
  • Schedule: Prefer Monday–Thursday
