Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in psychology. Qualifications Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure as a Psychologist or eligibility for licensure. Experience working with individuals with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders, is preferred. Proficient in conducting psychological testing and assessments. Strong background in outpatient therapy settings is desirable. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of addiction counseling techniques is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being able to work independently.
