Looking for a Prep Cook to work in a growing Restaurant. Looking for experienced prep/line cooks with open availability who are ready for an almost immediate start. Must be a team player who is eager to support the team and the restaurant. Must have some on call availability in the event that we have last minute catering orders and need the extra support. food handlers license is not a must but certainly helps. Communication: Communicating effectively with other kitchen staff, including the chef and expeditor, to coordinate orders and ensure smooth service. Food safety: Adhering to food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures. Inventory control: Monitoring and managing inventory of ingredients at their station. Cleaning and organization: Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
