Must have experience supervising kitchen staff, managing workflow, providing leadership and training, maintaining health and safety protocols, estimating recipe cost calculations, streamlining menus, managing inventory + food costs, and ensuring all food consistently meets restaurant standards. Ability to stay calm under pressure. Food Handler’s Certificate required.


Must Haves:

  • Availability Wednesday - Sunday 9am - 10pm
  • Ability to start within 2 weeks
  • Several years of high volume kitchen experience
  • Inventory + Food Cost experience
  • Attention to plating and presentation
  • Enthusiastic, Team Player, Friendly, Efficient, Confident
  • Management Experience
  • Food Handler's Certification
  • Knowledge of Toast POS
