We are a restaurant group operating 7 restaurants and a central warehouse across New Jersey and Manhattan. We are seeking a reliable and organized Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. Compensation & Schedule • Pay: $25–$27 per hour, • Schedule: Approximately 50 hours per week, • Overtime: Paid after 40 hours per week, • Transportation: Company vehicle provided, or full reimbursement for business mileage and tolls when using a personal vehicle. Job Responsibilities 1. Delivery & Restocking (Approximately 50%) • Drive a small cargo van to deliver and restock supplies., • Travel between restaurants, suppliers, and the warehouse throughout New Jersey, Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn., • Pick up and deliver food, supplies, and inventory as needed. 2. Purchasing Coordination (Approximately 40%) • Communicate with suppliers and restaurant teams regarding ordering needs., • Place orders, follow up on deliveries, and handle purchase-related paperwork., • Process invoices, order records, and delivery documents., • Coordinate with restaurants to ensure timely supply replenishment. 3. Warehouse & Inventory Management (Approximately 10%) • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory., • Perform regular inventory counts., • Ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date. Qualifications • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to work as a W-2 employee., • Valid driver’s license and experience driving a small cargo van required., • Basic computer skills, including Email, Microsoft Excel, and other standard office applications., • Strong English communication skills., • Good communication and coordination abilities., • Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized., • Able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
