Requirements: - Minimum 5 years as a Body Shop Estimator and Shop Assistant Manager. - Proficient in CCC ONE estimating software. - Skilled in inspecting vehicles, writing estimates, negotiating with insurers, and communicating with customers. - Support auto body shop operations for workflow efficiency and profitability. - Knowledgeable in automotive repair processes and insurance claims. - Strong organizational and customer service skills, with effective communication and accurate estimating abilities. - Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Strong sales orientation. - Organization and multi-tasking skills, good time management and the ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Oversee daily body shop operations for productivity and efficiency. - Responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, and ensuring that all estimates align with industry standards and customer expectations. - Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the overall efficiency of our operations. - Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damage and determine necessary repairs. - Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates using CCC ONE software. - Communicate with insurance adjusters for estimates and negotiate repairs. - Assist customers with insurance claims and rental arrangements. - Schedule appointments and coordinate with the shop operations manager for parts and supplies. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing regarding their vehicle's condition, repair options, costs, and concerns throughout the repair process. - Coordinate repairs with the shop operations manager and technicians to ensure efficiency. - Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to ensure all repairs are properly documented and estimated - Monitor repair timelines and resolve any delays. - Conduct quality control inspections before vehicle delivery. - Collect payments and manage insurance adjuster communications for estimates and supplements. - Generate invoices and responsible for billing. - Stay updated on collision repair techniques and industry trends.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES Operates trucks and light through intermediate weight motorized construction and maintenance equipment; performs related duties as required. COMPLEXITY OF DUTIES Under general supervision, the duties require skill and judgment in operating assigned equipment, and the work is reviewed for quality, accuracy, and completeness. TYPICAL DUTIES *1.Operates one or more types of automotive equipment such as heavy truck, snow plow, street sweeper, basin cleaner, dumpmaster, and pump truck. *2.Operates light through intermediate weight construction and maintenance equipment such as tractor, mower, snow plow, payloader, backhoe, bulldozer, motor grader, roller, asphalt distributor, compressor, crane, line paint applicator, and remover. *3.Services, and performs minor maintenance work on assigned equipment. *4.Maintains operational records, and reports accidents and needed repairs. 5.Supervises laborers or other assigned personnel, as required. *6.Performs a variety of manual or laboring tasks, in connection with and/or in addition to the operation of equipment. 7.Acts as a lead person on a sanitation truck, as required. *TYPICAL ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS FULL PERFORMANCE KNOWLEDGES, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES 1.Knowledge of the care and safe operation of light through intermediate weight motorized construction and maintenance equipment. 2.Skill in the operation of light through intermediate weight motorized construction and maintenance equipment. 3.Ability to service and perform minor maintenance work on assigned equipment. 4.Ability to perform a variety of manual or laboring tasks. 5.Ability to maintain simple records and to follow oral and written instructions. 6.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Training and Experience Completion of eighth grade education or One year of satisfactory experience operating light through intermediate motorized construction and/or maintenance equipment.
