The Role The HR Manager / Head of HR will be responsible for both sides of HR: keeping the company compliant and well organized while also helping make KULR a place where people want to work. You will be the company's primary HR professional and will handle a wide range of responsibilities rather than managing a large HR department. A meaningful part of this job is balancing the steady cadence of federal and state compliance requirements and filings against the many other things that need to get done day to day — without letting either slip.
