We are seeking a highly skilled legal assistant or paralegal or JD with experience in active litigation and complex commercial disputes. Any state. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with drafting and refining legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests. - Conduct comprehensive legal research on securities law, sufficiency of complex claims, and related litigation strategies. - Organize and manage case files, ensuring all documents are systematically categorized and readily accessible. - Review and summarize depositions, expert reports, and key filings. - Coordinate communication among legal teams, including scheduling, meeting notes, and correspondence management.
