Job Description Lighthouse is seeking a passionate and dedicated ABA 1:1 Provider to support a student in a school setting in Queens. As a 1:1 Provider, you will work one-on-one with a child with autism or other special needs throughout the full school day (8:15 AM -- 2:15 PM, Monday--Friday), under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. As you build a relationship with your student and their school team, your work will directly contribute to their growth, independence, and success in the classroom. Salary Range $95 per hour Responsibilities Your responsibilities as an ABA 1:1 Provider at Lighthouse will include the following: • Implement ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)., • Provide one-on-one support to an assigned student throughout the school day, following an individualized treatment plan tailored to their specific needs., • Support the student's participation in classroom instruction, transitions, lunch, recess, and other school routines., • Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, academic readiness, and behavioral skills in the school environment., • Implement behavior intervention plans and use positive reinforcement strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and promote independence., • Collect data and track progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes., • Collaborate with the BCBA, classroom teacher, and school staff to review progress, address concerns, and support consistency across settings., • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of sessions, including progress notes and data collection., • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in ABA therapy.
