We have cases available throughout Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx, and Staten Island, with assignments based on your preferred location, ZIP code, and availability. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one speech therapy services to children and adults in their homes. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, communication, cognition, voice, fluency, and swallowing abilities, as appropriate. Develop, implement, and update individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and agency requirements. Provide evidence-based, patient-centered treatment to improve functional communication and/or swallowing abilities. Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding communication strategies, home programs, swallowing precautions, and carryover techniques.
