About the Role: We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and highly motivated Social Media & Partnerships Manager to elevate our brand presence, grow our community, and lead meaningful collaborations that expand our reach. This role blends content creation, copywriting, and partnership strategy. You’ll help build the voice of Farm to People across social media and email, writing thoughtful, engaging content that connects with our audience. You’ll also play a key role in identifying and nurturing brand partnerships. This person will build the Banza brand one sample, sale, and consumer interaction at a time through face-to-face relationships with store associates, distribution partners, and shoppers. Our firm is working with a client company located in Jersey City, NJ who is seeking a full-time onsite Inside Sales Associate. This position is 100% onsite, hours are 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm Monday through Friday. The salary range is $60K-$70K + commission.
