Key Responsibilities - Mascot Persona Development: Define and execute the mascot’s unique "voice" and personality (e.g., clumsy, heroic, or witty) to make the brand relatable. - Content Creation: Produce short-form vertical video (TikTok/Reels) and static posts featuring the mascot in "real-life" NYC scenarios and behind-the-scenes moments. - Community Engagement: Manage proactive and reactive engagement, responding to followers in character to foster brand loyalty.
