Match loads with suitable drivers based on factors such as equipment type, location, and driver preferences. Driver Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with drivers regarding load assignments, pick-up and delivery times, routes, and any relevant updates. Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipment progress using GPS tracking systems and other tools. Proactively address any delays or issues that may impact delivery timelines.
