Primary Job Responsibilities: - Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types. - Stripping, buffing and waxing floors of various types as well. - Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture. - Scrubbing and sanitizing bathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures. - Emptying trash cans as well as washing and drying windows. - Requesting cleaning supply orders, reporting breakages and needed repairs. - Assisting building management with all projects and all other job duties as requested. Requirements: - 3+ years of housekeeping or residential cleaning experience using cleaning products, equipment to clean floors and carpets. - Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more. - Willing to stand on your feet for extended periods of time. - Able to work on a team as well as independently when needed. - Strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills. - A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
