Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Dishwasher/Prep Cook who is passionate about food, music, and culture to join our kitchen team. As a Dishwasher/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for washing dishes and cookware, keeping the dish area clean and organized, and preparing food according to the Executive Chef's specifications. You should also be prepared to stand for long periods of time. Short Order Cook Responsibilities: Taking customer orders and preparing food to their specifications. Grilling, cooking, and frying foods. Planning and managing work orders to ensure all items of an order are finished and served at the same time. Grilling and garnishing hamburgers and other meats.
