Operate woks, noodle boilers, steamers, fryers, and other equipment safely. Maintain clean and organized station throughout service. Communicate with expo and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow. Monitor food quality, portion control, and ticket times. Assist with daily opening/closing duties and restocking.
