LOCATED IN BRONX NY Position Overview We are seeking a high-performing Bartender who is not only skilled in mixology and guest experience, but also committed to personal and professional growth. This role is designed for individuals who want to elevate beyond bartending into leadership, operations, and revenue-driving responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience Excellence Deliver exceptional, high-energy service to all guests Build rapport with clientele to create repeat business and loyalty Maintain full knowledge of menu offerings, specials, and upselling opportunities Revenue & Performance Growth Consistently meet and exceed sales targets (upselling, premium bottle service, etc.) Identify opportunities to increase average check size Support high-volume service while maintaining quality and speed Operational Excellence Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times Follow all safety, sanitation, and compliance guidelines Accurately handle cash, POS systems, and inventory tracking Team Collaboration & Leadership Development Work closely with management and service staff to ensure seamless operations Assist in training new bartenders and barbacks as needed Take initiative in problem-solving during high-pressure situations Growth & Development Expectations Participate in ongoing training (mixology, service standards, leadership) Demonstrate progression in responsibility, performance, and accountability Show readiness to grow into roles such as Lead Bartender, Supervisor, or Manager Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and perform under pressure Sales-driven mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement What We Offer Performance-based growth opportunities Hands-on training and mentorship Fast-track advancement for top performers Dynamic, high-energy work environment Ideal Candidate You’re not just here to “bartend.” You’re here to build a skillset, increase your earning potential, and grow into a leadership role.
