We are looking for energetic, customer-focused Bartenders and Servers to join our opening team and help us build a vibrant community from day one. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests promptly and provide excellent customer service. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and signature cocktails. Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area, complying with all health and safety regulations. Process payments and manage cash register operations. Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth flow. REQUIREMENT: Previous experience as a bartender, server, or in a similar hospitality role. Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail recipes. Excellent communication skills and an outgoing, friendly personality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in New York. Must have food protection certification
