Deli Worker / Food Prep Worker We are looking for a reliable deli worker to help with daily food preparation, cooking, customer orders, and keeping the deli clean and organized. Responsibilities include: • Cook chicken and other hot food items safely and properly., • Prepare fresh salads and other cold food items., • Make sandwiches, wraps, burgers, and deli orders., • Slice meats, cheeses, vegetables, and other ingredients., • Prepare ingredients before and during the shift., • Follow customer instructions and prepare orders correctly., • Keep the grill, cutting boards, counters, refrigerators, and food preparation areas clean., • Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and cooking equipment., • Sweep and mop floors when needed., • Keep food properly stored, labeled, and refrigerated., • Restock ingredients, sauces, drinks, napkins, containers, and other supplies., • Follow food safety and sanitation rules., • Help keep the deli organized during busy hours., • Provide polite and respectful customer service., • Complete opening and closing cleaning duties when scheduled. Employees are expected to work efficiently, keep their work area clean, and help other workers when the deli is busy.
