Server Responsibilities: • Guest Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and ensure timely delivery., • Menu Knowledge: Understand menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation styles to confidently answer questions and upsell when appropriate., • Order Coordination: Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure order accuracy and efficient service., • Table Management: Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, refill drinks, clear dishes, and address needs proactively., • Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain a clean dining area, follow hygiene protocols, and ensure all health regulations are upheld., • Cash & POS Handling: Accurately handle bills, payments, and record-keeping using POS systems. Qualifications (Applicable to Both Roles): • Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar role; bartenders must have prior experience in high-volume bar settings., • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service., • Knowledge: Familiarity with drink recipes, food pairings, current hospitality trends, and safety standards., • Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, team-oriented, and able to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment., • Availability: Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The Barback maintains all bar environment and equipment. The Barback is responsible for ensuring the bar area is clean, tidy, and fully stocked. The Barback focuses on assisting Bartenders to ensure they have everything they need to serve customers efficiently. This position has an hourly rate of $17.00 + Tips. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Setup and breakdown of bar stations, • Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction, • Mark bar counter appropriately to food order for each course, • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area at all times, ensure bar area is well stocked with supplies and beverages including: o Straighten bar area continuously; restock bar with clean glasses o Clean counters, floors, shelves, and refrigerators; remove trash o Check coolers and shelves to ensure proper stocking of beer, wine, liquor, and all beverages; stock bar with ice as needed o Check for supplies such as sugar, salt, stir sticks, straws, napkins as per specified inside work list o Requisition of additional supplies as needed o Cut fruit and garnishes; retrieve special garnishes from kitchen • Sweeping and mopping in and around bar service areas and customer common areas., • Verify each guest satisfaction during each course or beverage served, • Anticipate guest needs, as to where guests will never have to ask for anything, • Wish every guest a warm farewell and thank them for coming, • All other responsibilities assigned by Management Additional Duties and Responsibilities • Report all suspicious persons or activities and hazardous or unsafe conditions to the management, • Understand and follow the laws and guidelines for beverage service, • Provide excellent service at all times to all of our guests, assist guests courteously and efficiently, • Respond to all guest questions. Provide guest assistance, direction, and information as requested when working in public areas, • Assist Bar and Lobby Lounge cocktail server in lounge when necessary, • Attend all food and beverage training classes, • Following the posted opening and closing duties and side work sheet, • Attend daily pre meal/communication meeting, • Attend monthly department meeting, • Generate a good atmosphere REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS • 2 years' experience in a luxury hotel environment or similar restaurant or bar setting, • Positive, engaging, and energetic personality, • Able to be organized, manage time wisely and work with little to no direct supervision, • Very high attention to detail, • Sensitive to cultural nuances, • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal on English, • Able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, fast paced environment, • Excellent people skills and the ability to work under pressure and with various stakeholders, • Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance as per company policies, • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, • Multi-lingual is a plus

When serving beverages, abide by all state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests, • Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explains, if necessary, any specials and/or bar promotions, • Record the details of the order from guests, repeating as necessary, to check for accuracy, • Prepare drinks in accordance with the guest's order, • Responsible for mixing drinks, serving drinks, serving food, cleaning bar, setting up and breaking down the bar, • Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction, • Market and serve upon request any dessert or specialty item, • Present the check to the guest when asked, collect and process payment, • Handle, process and settle all cash payment and transactions from bar and lounge, • Make sure that all silverware and glasses are wiped and spotless, • Mark bar counter appropriately to food order for each course, • Enter all sales in POS correctly.
