In addition, it guides BNY's approach towards building financial knowledge through structured programs for both our employees in support financial decision making, and to support the financial resilience of our broader communities. This role plays a critical role to ensure a strong, future-ready senior leadership bench and will focus primarily on developing and curating programs for senior leader populations, all of which is requires a close partnership with the People Talent and Development Team and leverages the enterprise talent strategies and frameworks. This is a visible and strategic role with regular exposure to executive management.
