This is a fast-paced, results-driven role offering a competitive monthly base and weekly paid commissions. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, and promoting the company’s digital products, such as mobile app development and AI-driven workflows. HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS: • iPhone to access our CRM, • and a Windows, or Mac or Chromebook laptop Daily High-Volume Outreach: Conduct a high-volume of cold calls starting at 8a ET using company-provided tools and lead lists to create interest and identify sales opportunities Sales: We offer a consultative sales approach for consistent brand messaging and objection handling Attendance of sales coaching and strategy meetings Adherence to sales process and metrics in order to maintain a strong pipeline DAILY fresh lead lists and AI-driven telecommunications tools provided We are looking for: Experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, affiliate marketing, account executive, inside sales, business development, sales development Resiliency, coachability and problem-solving skills Strong proficiency with technology such as AI LLMs, Claude, Deepseek, "prompt-engineering", Zapier, Make, Calendly, CSS/HTML/JAVA, Web CMS, Salesforce, Excel, Data-Scrubbing, Monday, Microsoft, Slack, Teams, Google Workspace Interview Process: 1.
