Qualifications: - Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) — required. - Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred. - Previous experience in women’s health, OB-GYN, or medical office setting is a plus. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. - Reliable, organized, and compassionate with a team-oriented attitude. - Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality protocols.
