Sales and Customer Service: - Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals. - Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers’ needs are met and addressing any concerns. - Assist customers with product selections, providing detailed information on jewelry features, quality, and value. - Develop strategies to improve customer retention and brand loyalty. 2.
