We are seeking an organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This part-time role will involve supporting our office operations and reporting directly to the owner and warehouse manager.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain organized and accurate filing systems
  • Record and track customer payments
  • Manage inventory levels efficiently
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally
  • Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks and reports
  • Update and maintain QuickBooks records
  • Send reminder emails for overdue invoices


Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
  • Currently enrolled in college preferred
  • Previous experience is a plus but not required


Note: This part-time position requires availability for one or two days a week.
