    We are seeking an organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This part-time role will involve supporting our office operations and reporting directly to the owner and warehouse manager. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain organized and accurate filing systems - Record and track customer payments - Manage inventory levels efficiently - Respond to customer inquiries professionally - Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks and reports - Update and maintain QuickBooks records - Send reminder emails for overdue invoices Qualifications: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word - Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask - Basic knowledge of QuickBooks - Spanish language skills are a plus - Currently enrolled in college preferred - Previous experience is a plus but not required Note: This part-time position requires availability for one or two days a week.
